Fruit for the Liberty School Chardonnay is sourced from exceptional vineyards around the Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County. Cooler climates typically produce a lush, ripe fruit that is well balanced by natural acidity. This wine offers aromas of apple and melon. Subtle notes of honey and toasted oak are balanced by a clean, crisp finish. Chardonnay 95% Viognier 5%.
